I Gotta Brag

I've been holding this in for a while now. We've got one of the best worship leaders in the Atlanta area! Mark Gibson (AKA Moxie Davis) joined our staff in August. His first Sunday was on our launch day. (We brought in a great college band from one of our partner churches, West Ridge.)
Mark has led worship for this guy, at this church, this church, this church and this church. He also started this band when he was in high school.
You may be asking (like I did) why would he want to come join a church plant? Well, first he is called of God. He also beleives in the vision. He wants to see people discover, connect and grow in a relationship with Christ just as much as I do. He can cast the vision for the church because he beleives in the vision.
Mark and I have a great relationship that goes way back to when I was his Youth Pastor. He was a great student at times. I did have to kick him out of the youth group a couple of times LOL. We have great chemistry and a great deal of respect for one another.
You can listen to Mark's newest band "The Joy Requiem." Also, if you went to the Drive Conference, he led the openning night with Move Along by the All American Rejects.
